What does the evidence show?
Why it is Verified
Serviced sites are plots with basic services already in place, ready for homes. Mangaung reached about one in six of its target. The metro reported 34, but the Auditor-General found proof of 43, its audit report says. In its annual report, the metro's own reason for the gap was 'Delays in the appointment of service providers'.
