What does the evidence show?

Why it is Verified

132 months is 11 years. The homes were due in 2014 and were still not finished in 2024-25. Some people already live in them without basic services. The Auditor-General says the cause was poor planning and weak coordination to connect basic services. It says this led to illegal electricity connections and poor access to water, which put people's health and safety at risk.
